    炸至金黄色的芝麻球,一口下去外皮酥脆内里则是糯糯的口感和暖暖咸甜的奶皇流沙,层次丰富。

    Step 1

    把奶皇馅料混合均匀,倒入钢碗中隔水蒸约25分钟,取出搅拌至幼滑,放入冰箱冷冻,然后分成一粒粒圆球,待用。Mixes custard ingredients and steam for about 25 minutes, and then blend until smooth; apportion custard and make into ball shape.

    Step 2

    把番薯蒸软至熟去皮搓烂,加入其余材料搓揉成一软硬适中的粉团,再分成每份约30克重。Steam sweet potato until cooked, peel off skin and mix with other ingredients into soft dough, apportion into 30g each.

    Step 3

    把粉团搓揉成圆球捏成窝形,包入一粒奶皇馅收口揉圆,沾上冷水后再滚上白芝麻。Wrap each dough with custard filling and shape roundly, dip in cold water and coat with sesame seeds.

    Step 4

    烧热炸油,放入芝麻球炸至浮起成金黄色,捞出沥油上桌。Deep fry dumpling in hot oil until afloat and turn into golden brown, drain and serve.
